What are the taxes being collected?: We collect 3 taxes paid to the CDTFA and City of Oakland for legally selling cannabis. Excise tax of 15% and a Sales and Use tax of 10.25% are paid to the CDTFA. A Cannabis Tax of 5% is paid to the City of Oakland.
What are the hours of operation?: We are open Monday - Saturday from 10am - 11pm. Certain restrictions apply - please contact dispatch for exact delivery hours to your location.
What's the minimum order amount?: Orders must be at least $40 for delivery. We charge a flat $5 delivery fee for orders below $50.
Is there a delivery fee?: There is no delivery fee for order over $50. We charge $5 for orders below $50.
How can I pay for my order?: We accept cash, debit, credit, ACH, CashApp and PayPal.
